These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases of products from Peplix Lab ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through our website at peplixlab.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

All products sold by Peplix Lab are research chemicals intended exclusively for in-vitro research and laboratory use. Not for human consumption.

2. Ordering & Acceptance

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Peplix Lab. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Orders where product availability has changed;
  • Orders containing pricing or product description errors;
  • Orders that we believe may involve unauthorized or non-research use;
  • Orders where identity or research credentials cannot be verified;
  • Orders flagged for suspected fraudulent activity.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon placement. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the order is shipped.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice;
  • Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout;
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout;
  • Payment is processed at the time of order placement;
  • If your payment method is declined, the order will not be processed.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping Region: We currently ship within the United States only;
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $250 qualify for free standard shipping;
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days;
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing;
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee;
  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed;
  • Peplix Lab is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control;
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Product Quality & Purity

Peplix Lab is committed to providing the highest quality research-grade peptides and reagents:

  • All products undergo rigorous quality control testing;
  • Products are verified by independent third-party laboratories;
  • Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for all products;
  • We guarantee a minimum purity of 99% for all peptide products unless otherwise stated;
  • Products are shipped in appropriate packaging to maintain stability and integrity.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our research chemical products and for safety and quality reasons:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@peplixlab.com. We will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion;
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped at no additional cost;
  • Unopened Products: Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus any shipping costs. Contact us for return authorization before shipping;
  • Opened Products: Due to safety and contamination concerns, opened products cannot be returned or refunded;
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us at support@peplixlab.com;
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the returns process;
  • Peplix Lab reserves the right to cancel orders at any time with a full refund.

8. Buyer Representations

By purchasing from Peplix Lab, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age;
  • You are purchasing products for legitimate research or laboratory use only;
  • You will not use products for human or animal consumption, food, or cosmetic purposes;
  • You are qualified to handle research chemicals and laboratory reagents;
  • You will store, handle, and dispose of all products in accordance with applicable safety regulations;
  • You will comply with all applicable laws regarding the purchase and use of research chemicals.

9. Limitation of Liability

Peplix Lab shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized application of any products. Our products are provided for research use only, and any use beyond this scope is entirely at the buyer's own risk. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
