Shipping Policy
Shipping Region
Peplix Lab currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $250;
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (rates calculated at checkout);
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (rates calculated at checkout, where available).
Shipping times are estimates measured from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier, destination, and other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website or through your account on our Site.
Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure stability and integrity during transit. Research-grade peptides are shipped in temperature-appropriate packaging when necessary. All packages are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@peplixlab.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Return Policy
Eligibility
Due to the nature of research chemical products and strict quality control requirements, our return policy is as follows:
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@peplixlab.com;
- Include your order number and photos of the damaged/defective product;
- We will issue a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery;
- We will ship the correct product at no additional cost;
- We may request return of the incorrect item (prepaid shipping label provided).
Unopened Products
- Sealed, unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery;
- Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping;
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer;
- Refund will be issued minus original shipping costs (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (due to contamination and safety concerns);
- Products returned without prior authorization (RMA number);
- Products returned after the 14-day return window.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
